Mission & Vision

Our Mission:

As a House of Prayer and Equipping center, we are called to create and equip disciples in Christ through a Reliance on Him, His Word, and one another.

Values & Strategy:

Jesus Christ is our highest value.  He is also our strategy. ..."I am the way"... John 14:6

We will be people of worship.
We want to position our hearts in a place of beholding Jesus and then responding through worship, praise, and thanksgiving.

We will be people of the Word.
We want to plant our hearts in God’s Word and let His Word guide our lives, thoughts, and relationships.

We will be people of prayer.
We want our hearts to be in tune with the Holy Spirit. We desire to know His voice, follow His voice, and speak with Him throughout the day everyday (“pray without ceasing”).

We will be the family of God.
We desire our hearts to be united in Christ.

We will know we are on-mission when people are:

Growing in Intimacy with Christ

Becoming Presence-Driven

Becoming Identity-Rooted

Becoming Kingdom-Centered

Becoming Mission-Minded

Vision:

Our emphasis in 2026: to pursue equipping the saints.

From Ezekiel 37:  We will see the valley of dry bones to come alive and see 1000 people moving as the army of the Lord.

‘Equipping the saints’ looks like:

Teaching and leading Jesus-followers to live fully as sons and daughters of Christ (identity), to learn about and activate their spiritual gifts, and to discover the assignments God is calling them into.

Creating space, giving opportunity, and praying for the Holy Spirit to fill them

How does mission & vision lead to action?

First, as the local church as a whole, we know our identity.  We are a house of prayer and an equipping center for the saints.

Our mission is to create and equip disciples in Christ through a reliance on Him, His Word, and one another.

Equipping includes creating opportunities for people to encounter the Spirit of God, and be moved by Him.

This awakens us as an army of people who are

  • growing in intimacy with Him

  • becoming presence-driven

  • becoming identity-rooted

  • becoming kingdom-centered

  • becoming mission-minded

This awakening creates spiritual renewal, which– when lived out– can create social renewal, which can lead to cultural renewal.

So… we desire to be a body that has Kingdom-aligning impact throughout our culture.
